Join Áit Shona PC Yoga on the “Rooftop” of the brand new library in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This is a group class designed to inspire and invigorate one and all. Beginners are welcome as are seasoned Yogi’s. This is an instructor led vinyasa that focuses on balancing effort and ease through breath work and postures to promote strength and clarity.
